My current company as for feedback and this is part of it.

kinda of disturbing.. but then it my heartfelt thought and feelings

For a mere contract staff, I feel that I have been underpaid.
Why. Because, I need to fork out the monies to travel upon manager’s request. And I have to wait for a few months before the amount due to me is being credit to my account. And my mere salary isn’t even enough to cover all the costs that I have to pay upfront, not including all the interest that have been incur to me.
I did an online survey and wonder, for a small contract employee like me, why isn’t my pay being adjust.

Secondly, 1 really still DO NOT understand why I have to have a fine of SG 11.00 imposed on me, when I DID send XXX my MC Chit as from July all the way to Sept. 4 MC Chits were lost in transaction. and duplicated copies isn’t being accepted as prove. Time have to be wasted to go down to the clinic to get it reprint and since Tan Tock Seng Hospital charge SG 11 for reprint of MC, I have to pay for it and in this case not reclaimable. Not including the time and transport fee incurred to me. and I was told that should I fail to produce the MC Chit, I will have 2 of my annual leave deducted, and in which case I am deeply disappointed.

The Company should have trust in the employee, else how can there be a bond when each other party is always suspicious of the other? Its not as if I am out there to cheat the company of the 2 days of MC. Nor am I charging all my other personal expense to the company when I am on a COMPANY’S BUSINESS TRIP. If the monies is always an issue, then perhaps, its wise to prevent all overseas trip, since when I sign the contract, I was not aware that I need to travel and pay in advance. And when I did and feedback to the company I still have to pay in advance.

I suggest to have a company’s card, transferable for those mobile employee that have to make overseas trip. and international mobile phone whereby the mobile employee can use when working overseas, so that when we hand-in the travel expense, we do not have to rethink back who are those client who called and client we need to talk to for business purposes. (The trust issue is here again.)

today a bit hectic.

reached office, heard the news that the girl who borrow 650 bucks from me.. isnt working anymore. Damn.

she didnt even tell me.. well i suppose, she is laughing, who in the right mind who say.. hey i am leaving n i aint paying back a single cents.
is this amt the cost of the frendship?
well if it is... i am considering it Done and over it.
blame it on my soft heart and a heart to care for the misfortunate.

but till today not even a single cents thats just too much.
ah, all my hard earned monies. okie $ can be earn back, but frenzship, and trust and reputation. well... all i can say.. its over. THE END.
